ZERO Babies Born with Aids..........ZERO New HIV Infections..........ZERO AIDS Deaths..........ZERO Stigma

Severe poverty due to the impact of HIV/AIDS (and subsequent sickness and /or deaths of bread winners and care takers) and unemployment is especially harsh in Elandsdoorn and the surrounding townships.

The Ndlovu Community Care Services aspire to improve standards of living with a comprehensive community  development and upliftment program and aim to involve the community to such an end that thriving sustainability is achieved.

Lack of basic services and resources such as water supply, lack of sanitation and waste removal and affordable primary health care is part of the community’s dilemma.  Water has to be carried or carted for miles from single sources and there is no municipal infrastructure to take care of basic sanitation, waste removal or health care.

The community was involved on all levels to assure involvement and sustainability of Community Development Programs.  Water Supply Programs, Waste Care Programs and satellite and mobile clinics were initiated under the Ndlovu Medical Care.

The NCG entrepreneurial employment programs has helped individuals with projects such as the Elandsdoorn Bakery, the Nappy Factory, etc.  Computer literacy programs, bursaries and a fully employed Community Liaison Officer was successfully initiated
