The Moutse rural area suffers severely of water shortage, even though the area falls inside the irrigation area fed by the Loskop Dam.

With the water initiatives that Ndlovu has put into place, numerous boreholes and other water projects have availed large areas of the rural population of this life sustaining necessity.

This enables the community, not only to have water for house hold purposes, but also to build sturdy houses, plant vegetables and plan sustainable small enterprises, which without water would have been impossible.
